Maureen Denise McCormick, the sole daughter from Richard McCormick Irene McCormick, was born in Woodland Hills California on 5 August 1956. Her parents were a mother who was household worker and father who worked as a teacher. She has three older brothers: Michael Dennis and Kevin. McCormick began singing and performing at a very young age. When she was just six years old, older, she was crowned an award in the Baby Miss San Fernando Valley pageant.
