
Jazmine was raised and born from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Her mother Pam was a back-up singer with Philadelphia International Records. When she was 5 years young, her father got in the role of curator at the city's Historic Strawberry Mansion in the Strawberry Mansion section, and her family moved into the historic landmark. In 2005, a Philadelphia High School for the Creative and Performing Arts graduates She is an instructor in singing. Sullivan began singing in the school's chorus in the contralto position, later she joined the adult chorus a couple of years further on. Sullivan experienced only a small amount of secular music. She recalls when she was just 11 years old when a person requested her to sing in a solo at the church. The singer wasn't yet ready for.
